Product prices
The prices of products on the online store may vary from the prices of products in physical stores.
Product availability
Marché Eden cannot guarantee the availability of the products offered. If, due to a stock shortage, Marché Eden is unable to deliver any of the items ordered, customers will be notified by email and presented with the option to cancel the order and receive a partial or full refund for the unavailable product(s).
Please note that Marché Eden cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from stock shortages.
Payment methods
Marché Eden reserves the right to verify the validity of any potentially fraudulent credit card by contacting the appropriate institutions authorized to provide such information, before approving a transaction and shipping an order. In case of doubt concerning the validity of the card, Marché Eden reserves the right to refuse the transaction. The same applies to other payment methods, such as Paypal.
Delivery policy
Our team will do its best to assemble your order and deliver it the same day if we receive your order before noon*. However, please note that the carrier may experience processing delays beyond our control. The delivery date estimated by our team may be subject to change by the carrier or influenced by current circumstances.

Please note that we accept no responsibility for delays in delivery due to problems with the carrier. Consequently, no compensation will be paid in such cases. Please note that shipping charges may apply in the event of cancellation or refund of an order that has already been shipped. You’ll find more details about these situations in the section dedicated to cancellations and returns.
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, no modification (addition or deletion of products) can be made. Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for damage to your parcel due to weather conditions. We consider our customers to be aware of these important aspects.

Delivery costs and times
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number.
It is your responsibility to indicate the correct delivery address. In the event of an error, our customer service department will contact you. Transportation charges may apply. This policy also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused parcels.
Items damaged in transit
Marché Eden guarantees to ship the items as they are at the time of sale and carefully packages them to prevent damage in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us by e-mail so that we can look into possible solutions.
Cancellation and return policy
Order cancellation
To cancel a current order, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
Return of goods
You can return your items (with the exception of fruit and vegetables and ready-to-eat products) within 48 hours of receipt. Simply return the items with the receipt, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. After being evaluated by a supervisor, they will be returned and refunded. Your credit card will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.

Preparation times
Rest assured that our teams are dedicated and work diligently to ensure that your order is assembled the same day or within 24 hours of receipt, allowing you to pick it up as quickly as possible.
Pick-up costs
No pick-up charge.
Product substitutes
Once your order is complete, if products are out of stock you will be informed by email or telephone. You will be able to obtain substitute or replacement products at an equivalent price.
Perishables
We strive to select products with a shelf life of over one month (with the exception of fresh fruit, vegetables and perishable items).
In the event that we are unable to supply such products (for example, if the expiry date does not meet our criteria), we will contact you promptly by e-mail or telephone to propose alternative solutions.
