What are the preparation times?

Rest assured that our teams are dedicated and work diligently to ensure that your order is assembled the same day or within 24 hours of receipt, allowing you to collect it as quickly as possible.

Do you charge for in-store pickup?

No pick-up charge.

Why did you offer me substitute products?

Once your order is complete, if products are out of stock you will be informed by email or telephone. You will be able to obtain substitute or replacement products at an equivalent price.

Do you choose perishable products with sufficiently long use-by dates?

We strive to select products with a shelf life of over one month (with the exception of fresh fruit, vegetables and perishable items).

In the event that we are unable to supply such products (for example, if the expiry date does not meet our criteria), we will contact you promptly by e-mail or telephone to propose alternative solutions.

How can I place an order with the "Store pickup" option?

Simply complete your order online by selecting the “Pick up in store” option. When your order is ready, a customer service agent will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

Can I pay for my order in person at pick-up?

No. You must pay your bill online in full.

What should I bring with me when I pick up my order in person?

Please bring a printed copy or electronic version of your invoice. The receptionist will ask you to show photo identification.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just make sure this person has the invoice proving your purchase.
