Do I need an online account to make purchases on your site?

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we also offer you additional benefits such as access to your purchase history, the ability to save your full contact details and payment information, making it easier for you to make future purchases. This approach will give you an improved, smoother user experience.

Do you offer discount codes and promotions?

Yes. Create an account and subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social networks to benefit from discounts and promotional codes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and all major credit cards.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Of course! Provincial sales taxes are automatically included on all orders. Amounts vary depending on your delivery location and the product category selected. Please note that some products are tax-exempt.

How do I apply a discount coupon to my order?

On the shopping cart page, enter a discount coupon in the appropriate box.

Cancellations and returns

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

You can return your items (with the exception of fruit and vegetables and ready-to-eat products) within 48 hours of receipt. Simply return the items with the receipt, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. After being evaluated by a supervisor, they will be returned and refunded. Your credit card will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

To cancel a current order, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Do you deliver anywhere in Montreal?

We only deliver within a 2.5 km radius of our Parc location.

What is the minimum order value for free delivery?

You should spend at least $200 +tx.

How can I benefit from free delivery on my first online order?

Please enter the code: rr6mwstc in your shopping cart. If your order exceeds $200 +tx, you will automatically receive free shipping.

What is the delivery time for online orders?

Delivery times vary according to the delivery company’s process. We aim to do this as quickly as possible on the same day.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Is my signature required to confirm home delivery?

No. The customer’s signature is not required for the delivery of parcels sent by the delivery company. The deliveryman will leave the parcel in front of the house or near the front door.

Do you offer free delivery?

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes. Our team will make every effort to assemble your order and deliver it the same day if we receive your order before 3 p.m.*.

In-store pickup

What are the preparation times?

Rest assured that our teams are dedicated and work diligently to ensure that your order is assembled the same day or within 24 hours of receipt, allowing you to collect it as quickly as possible.

Do you charge for in-store pickup?

No pick-up charge.

Why did you offer me substitute products?

Once your order is complete, if products are out of stock you will be informed by email or telephone. You will be able to obtain substitute or replacement products at an equivalent price.

How can I place an order with the "Store pickup" option?

Simply complete your order online by selecting the “Pick up in store” option. When your order is ready, a customer service agent will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.

What should I bring with me when I pick up my order in person?

Please bring a printed copy or electronic version of your invoice. The receptionist will ask you to show photo identification.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just make sure this person has the invoice proving your purchase.
